Last Updated: October 2026
Sunshine Road LLC adheres strictly to Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) telecom regulations established by major U.S. wireless carriers and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA).
1. Express Consent & Opt-In
By checking the communication consent box on our application, consultation, or contact forms and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional, informational, and operational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Sunshine Road LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service or securing business financing.
2. Message Types & Frequency
Text messages sent by Sunshine Road LLC are directly related to your active inquiry or consulting engagement. Messages may include application status updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and direct responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your active consultation phase.
3. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)
You may cancel SMS communications at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from Sunshine Road LLC. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further automated text messages will be sent to that number unless re-initiated.
4. How to Get Help
If you need assistance with text communications, reply HELP to any text message or contact our support team directly at info@sunshineroad.co or +1 609-283-2020.
5. Carrier Rates & Non-Liability
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy Protection
Mobile numbers collected for SMS consent will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third-party telemarketers or external entities for marketing purposes.
